CASH, Donald David Sr., 77, of Bridgeport, Ohio, passed Saturday, August 4, 2012 at home.
He was born in Martins Ferry, Ohio on May 13, 1935, son of the late Raymond and Zelma Blackwell Cash.
Donald was a retired salesman for the Wheeling Office Supply Co.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Raymond Cash Jr.
Don is survived by six sons: Don Jr. (Beth), Randy (Kathy), and Jon, all of Brookside, Doug of St. Clairsville, Neil (Karen) of Bellaire, Todd of Port St. Lucie, Fla.; four daughters: Leslie Kelly (Tom), Paula Scherich (Chuck) both of Martins Ferry, Lisa Schlanz (Mike) of Shadyside and Jill of Bridgeport; a sister: Joyce Smith of Yuba City, Calif., his former wife, Beverly Crook Cash of Brookside; a special friend Lafern Fisher of Bellaire; 27 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Friends will be received Tuesday, August 7 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-9 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Road, Brookside, Ohio, where services will be held Wednesday, August 8, 2012, at 10 a.m. with Pastor Rod Kassler, officiating.
Interment will follow at Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, Ohio.
