SMITH, Leigh Ann, 33, of Mt. Pleasant Pike, Martins Ferry, OH, died Monday, August 6, 2012 at Ohio State University Medical Center, Columbus, OH.
She was born September, 24, 1978 in Martins Ferry, a daughter of Martha S. (McBroom) Smith and the late Frederick A. Smith, Sr.
Surviving in addition to her mother of Martins Ferry, are a daughter, Katlyn Smith of Martins Ferry, two brothers, Frederick A. (Jessica) Smith, Jr. of Mt. Pleasant, and Dan (Lori McHugh) Smith of Marysville, OH, two sisters, Becky Smith of Columbus, OH, and Amy Smith of Martins Ferry.
Friends will be received Thursday, 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Heslop Funeral Home, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, OH, where services will be held Friday, August 10, 2012 at 11 a.m. Burial follows in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, OH.
