SAM AND Tami Scarnechia are celebrating their 35th wedding anniversary today, Aug. 13. They were united in marriage Aug. 13, 1977, at St. John's Church by Father Ralph.
Scarnechia is the son of Norma Scarnechia Swoyer of Bellaire. He was employed for 20 years at Blaw Knox and is presently a salesman for MANN Power LLC in Bridgeport.
His wife, Tami, is the daughter of Jean Howell and the late "Bo" Howell. She has been a nurse for 36 years and is presently employed by Forest Hill.

They are the parents of two daughters, Sheena Scarnechia Weeks and Kelsey Scarnechia; one granddaughter, Addison, who is three.
The couple celebrated with a family vacation to Aruba in May.
