ST. CLAIRSVILLE - Numerous pleas to serious charges were heard Monday in Belmont County Common Pleas Court. Judge Jennifer L. Sargus presided.
David Allen Tarleton, 37, 40773 Mill Road, Flushing, pleaded guilty to vehicular homicide, driving under the influence and driving under suspension. Sentencing was set for Sept. 10. A victim impact statement was ordered. He faces 11 years and the lifetime loss of his driver's license.
Charges stem from a motorcycle accident November in Lafferty. A deer in the path of his motorcycle caused a crash that claimed the life of Tarleton's passenger, Cathy Kuucz, 45, of St. Clairsville.

Brock A. Rennicker, one of two brothers accused of a bank robbery in Colerain, was arraigned Monday in Belmont County Common Pleas court.
Brock A. Rennicker, 27, incarcerated, was arraigned and pleaded not guilty. He and his brother, Chad, were arrested on a charge of armed robbery, a felony of the first degree occurring May. 25. It is alleged that they participated in the robbery of a PNC Bank in Colerain.
Both are currently facing charges in Guernsey County. Brock's status conference was set for Aug. 17, with plea agreement Aug. 31 and trial Sept. 18. Standard bond of $20,000 was set.
Michael Elijah Maleski, 22, 621 Bond Avenue, Barnesville, pleaded guilty to illegal manufacturing of drugs, a felony of the first degree occurring April 24, 2012. He faces up to 11 years. His sentencing was set for Sept. 10.
Ryan Joseph Seckman, 37, 55493 Washington Street, Somerton, was sentenced on counts of burglary, a felony of the second degree occurring Nov. 13, 2011, and illegal possession of drug documents, a felony of the fourth degree occurring Nov. 16. He was given a four-year sentence with three and a half years held and six months to be served at EOCC for drug and mental health counseling. Seckman apologized to the court and the victims.
Christopher David Harding, 41, 4438 Grand Avenue, Shadyside, pleaded guilty to theft, a felony of the fifth degree, occurring Dec. 8, 2011. Sentence was set for Sept. 10. a pre-sentence investigation and victim impact statement were ordered.
Justin Michael Lunsford, 21, 60868 Ray-Ramsey Road, Jacobsburg, was sentenced for theft, a felony of the fourth degree, occurring Oct. 16, 2011. He was given a suspended sentence of two-year sentence with four years' probation. Counseling was ordered. He and his three co-defendants have been ordered to pay $14,000 in restitution, with Lunsford's totalling $3,525.
Randy Paul Woodward, 49, 22316 Jane Bates Road, Senacaville, pleaded guilty to importuning, a felony of the fourth degree, occurring April 20, 2012. Sentencing was set for Sept. 10. A victim impact statement was ordered. He will be designated a Tier-One sex offender.
