A Martins Ferry area man was arrested by Belmont County Sheriff’s deputies Wednesday and lodged in the Belmont County jail on numerous charges including the illegal assembly or possession of chemicals. Richard A. Lollathin, 37, of 70998 Barriers Drive, was also booked on charges of domestic violence, felonious assault and aggravated menacing. Bond was set at $26,000. A sheriff’s deputy said the original call was for a domestic violence incident at his residence. He was later apprehhended in?Ferryview. Martins Fery police were called for assistance, and their K9, Echo, found the lab in back of Lollathin’s truck.
