A PAIR of buildings in the 400 block of Hanover Street in Martins Ferry are being razed after one partially collapsed a few weeks ago. Crews from RSV Demolition of Steubenville started doing the work Tuesday. It is estimated the demolition will take approximately 2-3 days. Hanover Street from Fourth to Fifth streets is closed to traffic.
