Both David Rector and Eddie Rector, 38, were wanted, but Texas would only extradite Eddie Rector, who was listed as armed and dangerous. A warrant for parole violation was issued on May 15, 2012. The original charge was for dangerous drugs.

Eddie Rector was taken to the Belmont County Jail to await extradition. He was booked on a charge of being a fugitive from justice.

Both Rectors were staying with relatives in the Bellaire area.
