A section of Ohio 148 in Belmont County was shut down around noon after a tractor-trailer rollover crash.
The crash occurred in Alledonia.
Crews had to cut the vehicle to free the driver. He was taken to Wheeling Hospital with minor injuries.
A Ohio State Highway Patrol spokesman said the driver had a wheel off the berm of the road. The truck went off the right side of the road, struck a tree and flipped over.
