TURNER, Joan L. Reynolds, 80, of Wheeling, died Monday September 10, 2012 at the Forest Hills Retirement Center, St. Clairsville, Ohio on her 58th wedding anniversary surrounded by her loving family.
Joan was born June 19, 1932 in Wheeling WV, the daughter of the late Lewis and Marie Bernert Reynolds.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Harbor of Hope Church, St Clairsville.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Arden C. Turner Sr. in 2011; a brother, Richard Reynolds.
Surviving are a son, Arden C. Turner II and his wife Julie of Springfield, Ohio; three daughters, Ardeth J. Knuth and her husband, Joe of Bellaire, Ohio, Leah Marie Hoffman and her husband, Rob of Bellaire, Dorothy Ann Stotts of Wheeling; a brother, Lewis Reynolds of Wheeling; a sister, Janet Marie Hetrick of Wheeling; seven grandchildren, George Knuth and his wife Leslie, Lisa Queen, Shelly Grimm, Sheena Becker, Adam, Andrea and Zachary Turner; three great grandchildren, Alissa, Colton and Trinity Grimm.
Friends will be received on Wednesday, September, 12, 2012 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Kepner Funeral Home, 3545 Jacob Street, South Wheeling where services will be held on Thursday, September 13, 2012 at 10 a.m. at Harbor of Hope Church, 67667 Warnock Road St. Clairsville, Ohio with the Reverend Dean Myers officiating. Interment in Mt Calvary Cemetery, Wheeling.
