MARTINS FERRY resident Ryker Hill, 23, of 920 Indiana St., Martins Ferry, is facing additional charges stemming from a recent arrest on three counts of gross sexual imposition.

He's now facing two rape charges in addition to the imposition charges.

Hill admitted his guilt while applying for a position with the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

Set to take a polygraph test at the academy in Columbus, Hill allegedly admitted to looking at child pornography, as well as incidents with touching of three juvenile victims in the last few years.

This admittance came during a brief questioning prior to the start of the polygraph.

Hill was detained last week after OSHP officials alerted the Martins Ferry Police Department.

Hill was taken into custody, and his bond has been increased from $50,000 to $1 million, according to a spokesperson at the Belmont County Jail. He was sent to a facility in Athens for a mental evaluation and has been returned to the Belmont County Jail, according to a jail spokesperson.
