Athlete of the Week Honor Roll

FOOTBALL

Bellaire

SPENCER BADIA. Passed for 299 yards and three touchdowns.

DALTON CONROY. Kicked a pair of field goals and tacked on two PATs for 12 points. Also charted two solo tackles.

HUNTER WESTLAKE. Caught six passes for 121 yards and a touchdown. Punted four times for a 30-yard average and returned three kickoffs.

NICK MAFFE. Charted a team-high six tackles, including three solo stops. Carried the ball nine times for 17 yards and caught four passes for 26.

KENNY HESS. Made five solo tackles, including one to preserve the Big Reds' win.

Bridgeport

PATRICK BRITTON. Ran eight times for 69 yards and a touchdown. Also made 10 tackles on defense.

DALLAS FIELDS. Had 80 yards on 13 carries, including a 76-yard touchdown run.

Martins Ferry

ERIC FLOWERS. Scored two touchdowns and gained 133 yards on 20 carries.

LUKE STRAUB. Graded out at 95 percent from his guard spot. Had seven tackles at linebacker.

Monroe Central

JOSH GUILER. Charted 8 tackles, including 2 behind the line of scrimmage and a quarterback sack. Also kicked two PATs.

KOREY LAFFERRE. Did just about everything as he ran 11 times for 116 yards and two TDs. Completed eight of 12 passes for 157 yards and two more scores, while picking off a pass, recovering a fumble and recording four tackles, of which one was for minus yardage.

CHASE CAROTHERS. Picked up 35 yards on nine totes, with two touchdowns and caught a six-yard pass.

GAVIN MORTON. Caught two passes for 67 yards and a touchdown.

BRYAN DUFFY. Had two catches for 25 yards and a touchdown.

CHANDLER KUHN. Returned an interception for a touchdown, recovered a fumble and charted four tackles, one of which was for lost yards.

River

NICK ASTURI. Rushed for 60 yards on 10 carries and two touchdowns, while also recording four solo tackles, two assists and a tackle for minus yards before being injured.

JORDAN SAPP. Ran for 145 yards on 25 totes.

JD DOTSON. Recorded seven solo tackles, eight assists and a quarterback sack. Five of his tackles resulted in minus yardage.

BRYCE CROSS. Made three solo stops and assisted on seven others. Three tackles for for minus yards.

JONATHAN STEWART. Charted four solo tackles, seven assists and a fumble recovery. Had three tackles behind the line of scrimmage.

KAMERON BROWN. Had a 97-yard interception return for six points while also making four solo tackles and assisting on one.

Shadyside

CHRIS LITTELL. Ran the ball eight times for 76 yards and a touchdown. Also caught a pair of passes for 34 yards and made one tackle on defense.

CHASE KINEMOND. Completed 6 of 7 passes for 79 yards. ran the ball once for 11 yards and six points. Defensively, he made two tackles.

CODY HUDSON. Landed three passes for 34 yards. Kicked six PATS and made a pair of tackles.

BROOKS RAMSEY. Gained 42 yards and scored a TD on seven carries. Returned a kickoff 21 yards.

SCOTT HAMMOND. Recorded five tackles, one of which was for lost yardage, sacked the quaretrback twice and blocked two punts. Offensively, he caught one pass for 14 yards.

St. Clairsville

MATT KINNICK. Completed nine of 20 passes for 237 yards and three touchdowns.

JAYLON BROWN. Carried the ball 18 times for 160 yards and four touchdowns. Also caught a touchdown pass among his two receptions for 46 yards.

MICHAEL FERNS. Charted a dozen tackles.

COREY ERNEST. Graded out at 89 percent at left tackle.

LUKE SMITH. Recorded 13 tackles, with four resulting in lost yardage.
