Shirley Kinnan of Martins Ferry was the first participant to drop off a pair of socks for The Times Leader’s Socks 4 Senior campaign which kicked off last Monday. Donations are being taken of new socks through Dec. 23. Socks will then be distributed to deserving area seniors.
