LEWIS, Rose "Billie", 76, of Shadyside, OH, died Friday, December 7, 2012, at Belmont Community Hospital, Bellaire, OH.
She was born May 16, 1936 in Benwood, WV, a daughter of the late George and Rose Cook Smith.
Rose was a homemaker and a member of the former First Christian Church of Shadyside.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, William "Lumpy" Lewis; two sisters, Betty Shoplak and Anna Mae Grimm; a brother, Robert Smith.
Surviving are her husband, William Lewis of Shadyside; a son, Robert Lewis of Moundsville, WV; a daughter, Susan (Kevin) Brown of Andover, NH; four sisters, Janet Hupp of Texas, Patty (Jack) Palmer of Paden City, WV, Hilda (Dave) Coss of Kennesaw, GA and Peggy (Russ) Satterfield of New Martinsville, WV; four grandchildren, Ryan Smith, Whitney Lewis, Kayla Blackler and Haleigh Lewis; three great- grand children, Kayden Blackler, Brantley Anderson and Hayden Lewis.
There will be no visitation, services will be held at the convenience of the family.
