CONNOR, Dollie Jean, 78, of Shadyside, Ohio died Wednesday, December 26, 2012 at the Belmont Community Hospital in Bellaire, Ohio.
She was born February 11, 1934 at Pipe Creek, Ohio a daughter of the late Roy and Isabelle Whitlatch.
Dollie was a homemaker and a Methodist by faith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Anthony "Tony" Vanek; and one sister, Shirley Barker.
Surviving are her husband, Robert E. Connor; stepchildren, Doug (Kim) Connors of Bellaire, Ohio, Teresa Bailey of Cambridge, Ohio and Pamela Ortiz of Los Angeles, California; and one sister, Maxine Newell of Georgetown, Ohio. Also six grandchildren and several great- grandchildren.
Family and friends are invited to a memorial gathering at the Bauknecht- Altmeyer Funeral Homes & Crematory, 3900 Central Avenue, Shadyside, Ohio on Wednesday, January 2, 2013 from noon until time of memorial service at 1 p.m. with Pastor Bobby Ellsworth officiating.
