O’Grady joins State Farm family

ST. CLAIRSVILLE - The Ohio Valley welcomes local resident State Farm Insurance Agent Tim O'Grady as he opens doors on a new office in Saint Clairsville, along National road. Offering an array of savings and insurance services such as car, life, home, renters.

As part of a State Farm's family of Good Neighbor agents, O'Grady falls right in line with that slogan, as the Shadyside native kicks off business right where he started.

"My goal is to help the people of Saint Clairsville and the surrounding communities to manage risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams," said O'Grady "Being a State Farm agents fuels my desire to make a difference in the lives of the people around me." he continued.

Prior to this opening, O'Grady worked for Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation in General Medicines sale. He is a lifelong resident of the Ohio Valley and received his undergrad from Ohio University.

As business kicked off this past Monday, O'Grady brought on two staff members to begin this venture with. Local Cody McCormick and Vickie Booth will be joining O'Grady. McCormick, also a local resident and Shadyside Tiger like O'Grady, received his Bachelor's at the University of Akron before coming aboard.

Vickie Booth also will be dealing with day to day business operations after a long stint at Crittenton Services which specializes in behavior health. Booth was responsible for many aspects of progress and reform of the facility that has been made in the last 3 decades, before deciding to begin this new path.

The office which is located at 47443 National Road W. Suite 1 in Saint Clairsville. It is a building in a lot shared with former Lashley tractor barn. Office hours are Monday - Friday from 9am to 6pm. Evening and weekend appointments are possible by appointment only. To contact O'Grady's office by phone you can call 740-695-9100.
