TODAY IS Groundhog Day. Maybe Bob Stillion can tell you if the groundhog sees his shadow. Bob is sitting with his pet groundhog, about 71 years ago on Wegee Road in Shadyside. His parents were the late Earl and Faye Stillion of Shadyside. Bob and his wife, Elizabeth, live in Florida during the winter months and reside in Bellaire during the summer.
