BETHESDA - A local man was arrested last weekend after allegedly opening fire randomly inside the Pleasant Valley Mobile Home Park late Saturday night near Bethesda.

The Bethesda and Barnesville Police Departments, along with the Belmont County Sheriff's Office and Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to the mobile home park after reports came in that Richard T. Kyle, 26, of Bethesda was allegedly popping off shots using stolen handguns.

Kyle is being held on $51,000 bond after being charged with aggravated burglary, four counts of inducing panic, six counts of child endangerment and using weapons under disability while intoxicated.

He is still in the Belmont County Jail after being official charged Monday in Western Division Court.

Kyle has previous convocations on his record of theft, disorderly conduct and assault or harassing a police dog/horse or service dog.
