Jeffrey and Susan Kolkedy of Rayland announce the engagement of their daughter, Sessaly Ann Kolkedy, to Robert Allen Signorini Jr., son of Robert and Victoria Signorini of Rayland.
The bride-to-be is a 2006 graduate of Buckeye Local High School and attended Wheeling Jesuit University. She is employed with Bechtel Corporation as an accounting coordinator in Frederick, Md.
Her fiance is a 1998 graduate of Buckeye Local High School and attended West Liberty University. He is employed with BHI Energy as a nuclear valve technician.
