WAGGONER, Francis P., 94, of Shadyside, OH, died February 27, 2013 in Country Club Retirement Campus, Bellaire, OH.
He was born March 16, 1918 in Amsterdam, OH. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church Shadyside, OH a WW II Navy Veteran.
Preceding him in death was his wife, Rita Genetin Waggoner, two sons, Mark J. Waggoner Sr. and Scott R. Waggoner and a brother, Henry Waggoner.
Surviving is a grandson, Mark J. (Tracy) Waggoner Jr. of Shadyside, two great grandsons, Mark J. Waggoner III and Trey M. Waggoner, a brother, James Waggoner of Columbus, OH.
Family and friends will be received at the Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Homes and Crematory, 3900 Central Ave., Shadyside, OH on Monday from noon until time of funeral at 1 p.m. with Reverend David Roberts officiating.
Interment follows in Powhatan Cemetery Powhatan Point, Ohio.
