BRANDON, Lydella, A, 92, of Shadyside, Ohio, died Sunday at the East Ohio Regional Hospital in Martins Ferry.

She was born August 10, 1920 in Warwood W.Va., the daughter of the late Grover Cleveland Burch and Bertha Yeater Burch.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Brandon in 1981, four brothers, and five sisters.

Lydella was a homemaker and owned LL Brandon Metals of Moss Run, and 75-year member of The Salvation Army Church where she served as pianist and a member of the Salvation Army Band. She was also a member of the Home League where she served as Secretary.

Surviving are her eight children; Lydella Honeywell (Robert Yocum) of Shadyside, Larry (Nancy) Brandon of Jacobsburg, Fred (Kelly) Brandon of Port Charlotte FL, Leroy Brandon of Shadyside, Bertha (Norman) Mamie of Bellaire, Betty (Chubs) Church of St. Clairsville, Stella (Danny) Mylnek of Port Charlotte FL, and George (Renee) Brandon of Neffs. She is also survived by her brother, Joseph Burch of St. Clairsville, 22 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received at the Salvation Army Church 315 37th Street Bellaire, Ohio, Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. where services will be held at 1p.m. Wednesday with Majors Louis and Norma Patrick officiating.

Interment follows in Greenwood Cemetery Bellaire, Ohio.

A luncheon will follow at the Salvation Army Church, Bellaire, Ohio.

Arrangements by Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Home and Crematory 441 37th St, Bellaire, Ohio.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Salvation Army Church Hymnal Fund.
