ST. CLAIRSVILLE The Belmont County commissioners continued a subdivision hearing for Kettler's Ridge Plat in Richland Township and motioned to grant the final plat.
The hearing began the prior week, but was continued until the closing schedule could be obtained.
St. Clairsville attorney Mark Thomas presented the final plat of the subdivision, noting the deed was recorded earlier that week. He noted that CVS, Advanced Auto, and Sheetz will purchase lots.

The developer will request a meeting with the trustees to establish a safe right of way on Ream Road, which will also be used as a service entrance.
