TROY, Ohio - Dario Paolina rushed 15 times for 103 yards, but it wasn't enough as St. John Central fell to Troy Christian, 22-11, on Friday night.
Devon Hennesey scored the lone touchdown for the Irish, a 4-yard run to open the scoring in the first quarter.
St. John went up 9-0 in the second quarter when Kyle Coppa sacked the Eagles quarterback in the end zone.
From there, Troy scored 22 unanswered points, before another safety for St. John capped the scoring in the fourth quarter.
Paolina finished the night 3-of-18 passing for 65 yards and two interceptions.
