FOOTBALL

AUSTIN HANNAHS, Barnesville. He completed all three of his passes for 76 yards, with two of them going for touchdowns in victory over Conotton Valley.

TYLER CARLETON, Barnesville. Ran for a TD and caught a TD pass.

DYLAN BURKHART, Barnesville. Ran 13 times for 97 yards and a touchdown.

BRANDON COLLINS, Barnesville. Made seven tackles from his linebacker spot.

DALTON SECREST, Beallsville. Charted a dozen tackles, which included six assists and five solo stops in loss at Bishop Donahue.

AARON WEST, Beallsville. Made 10 tackles, including four solo stops.

MIKEY PALMER, Beallsville. Caught five passes for 171 yards and two touchdowns.

CHASE MERCER, Beallsville. Completed 8 of 14 passes for 193 yards and two scores before being injured.

NICK PATRONE, Bellaire. Landed seven passes for 124 yards and a pair of touchdowns in triumph at Union Local. defensively, he picked off a pass and returned it 42 yards for six points and charted four solo tackles.

BRENDON ROSS, Bellaire. Made four receptions, with two going for touchdowns. He also had a pick and four unassisted tackles on defense.

KENNY HESS, Bellaire. Outside linebacker made a team-best nine tackles, all solo, and caught three passes for 46 yards.

DOM VINKA, Bellaire. Linebacker was credited with 8 tackles and a quarterback sack. Seven of his stops were of the solo variety.

WYATT BACK, Bellaire. Charted eight solo tackles as a defensive tackle.

CODY LaROCHE, Bellaire. Defensive end was in on seven tackles, with three of them being quarterback sacks. Also recorded a safety when he tackled quarterback in the end zone. He also kicked a trio of PATs.

MORGAN DOUGHERTY, Buckeye Trail. Had another outstanding effort with 21 carries for 133 yards and three touchdowns in win at River. He also completed nine passes for 169 yards and a 2-point conversion. On defense, he picked off two passes and had five solo tackles.

TRISTEN KING, Buckeye Trail. Led the Warriors with 19 tackles, including 13 unassisted stops. Four of his tackles came behind the line of scrimmage.

ARJAY BURRESS, Martins Ferry. Lugged the leather 20 times for 205 yards and three TDs in come-from-behind win at Edison. Defensively, he was in on three stops.

BRYAN STYLES, Martins Ferry. Had 17 carries for 138 yards and completed one pass for 17 yards. Ran in game-tying 2-point conversion.

JAHOD JOYCE, Martins Ferry. Had six carries for 38 yards and a TD in his first action of the season; Defensively, from his defensive end position he had 12 tackles and a sack.

ROBERT VARGO, Martins Ferry. Graded out at 94% from his tight end position, while logging eight tackles and a sack from his defensive tackle spot.

BRUCE BURGER, Martins Ferry. Toted the ball five times for 14 yards and a touchdown on the offense. On the other side, he collected nine tackles.

T.J. JACOB, Martins Ferry. Made 14 tackles from his safety position.

CURTIS NIXON, Monroe Central. Ran the ball just nine times but accounted for 122 yards and two touchdowns. He also completed 6 of 9 passes for 203 yards and two more scores in rout of Frontier.

LEVI BROWN, Monroe Central. carried the ball 11 times for 102 yards and a pair of TDs. Also caught two passes for 83 yards and another two six-pointers.

MIKE JONES, Monroe Central. Charted 10 tackles, which include two caught behind the line stops and a sack.

CHASE CAROTHERS, Monroe Central. Made 9 tackles, which included five stops behind the line of scrimmage and a sack.

BRYAN DUFFY, Monroe Central. Intercepted a pass and returned it 29 yards for six points.

CHRIS LITTELL, Shadyside. Had 14 carries for 102 yards and two touchdowns. Also caught a 29-yard pass in win over Bridgeport.

AUSTIN DORRIS, Shadyside. Lugged the pigskin just three times but went for 87 yards and two scores. Went 2-for-4 through the air for 37 yards.

MALIK GUMMER, St. Clairsville. Caught three pass for 77 yards and a touchdown. Returned a punt 50 yards to setup another TD, while making three tackles and breaking up a pass in victory at Buckeye Local.

TANNER NEMETI, St. Clairsville. Made four tackles, broke up two passes and intercepted one. Offensive, he caught an 8-yard pass.

NICK VAN VOLTENBURG, St. Clairsville. Had an 82% grade from right guard spot.

BRENDAN FERNS, St. Clairsville. Had five tackles from his linebacker slot on defense and returned an interception 45 yards for a touchdown.

CARSON ERNEST, St. Clairsville. Charted eight tackles from his defensive tackle spot.

TRAVIS JAMES, Union Local. Ran the ball for 102 yards and a touchdown while also passing for 153 and a TD in loss to Bellaire. Also made four tackles on defense.

PATRICK ABBOUD, Union Local. Charted six tackles, knocked down a pass and recovered a fumble. Also graded out at 86 percent on offense.

TATER BLAKE, Union Local. Had nine tackles, one for minus yardage, caused a fumble and blocked an extra point.

ERIC DUNFEE, Union Local. Charted six tackles, with three for lost yardage.
