NARDO, Dominick "Dom," 13, of St. Clairsville, Ohio died as the result of an ATV accident Tuesday, October 29, 2013.
He was born on March 4, 2000, in Fairview Park, Ohio son of Tony and Janelle Zavacky Nardo.
Dominick was well known for his loving and ornery smile. He was an 8th grade student at St. Clairsville Middle School. He enjoyed sports and played football, basketball and baseball; he was a member of Boy Scout Troop 59 in St. Clairsville and the 4-H Club of Belmont. His hobbies included, hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his parents, Tony and Janelle Nardo; his grandparents, Sam and Linda Zavacky, Dan Nardo and Wanda Welch all of St. Clairsville; great-grandmother, Kathryn Zavacky of St. Clairsville; aunts and uncles, Lynette and Jon DeBertrand of St. Clairsville, Stan and Ruth Kolanski of Flushing, Angel Nardo of Columbus, OH, Sean and Anne Arno of Athens, OH, Jack and Lori Nardo of Missouri; many great-aunts and great-uncles; many cousins; special cousin, Jacob DeBertrand; best friend, Nick Falbo and many other friends.
Family and friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, Ohio on Thursday, October 31st from 4-9 p.m.
Visitation will also be on Friday, November 1st at the First Presbyterian Church in St. Clairsville from 1 p.m. until time of Services at 3:30 p.m. with Rev. Homer Harden and Rev. Laurie Armstrong officiating.
