TOTH, Nick Jr., 91, of Ohio Street, Tiltonsville, OH, died Sunday, November 3. 2013, at home.
He was born September 8, 1922, in Chekut, Hungary, son of the late Nick Sr. and Gizela Hagerty Toth.
He was a member of the Tiltonsville United Methodist Church, WWII Army Veteran; retired from Wheeling PIttsburgh Steel Corp., Yorkville Plant; lifetime member of the V.F.W. and American Legion; Tiltonsville United Methodist Church, "Man of the Year 2006" and he loved golfing, gardening, fishing and hunting.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his stepmother, Anna Toth; a brother, James Toth.
Surviving are his devoted wife of 66 years, Teresa H. Gazdik Toth; two sons, Kenneth ( Deborah) Toth of Benson, AZ and Nicholas (Marian) Toth of St. Clairsville, OH; a daughter, Joyce ( Harry) Nicholson of Wintersville, OH; stepsister, Agnes Wheat of Saltillo, TN and three grandchildren, Ashley, Nicholas and Emily.
Friends will be received to pay tribute to Nick and celebrate his life on Wednesday, 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Borkoski Funeral Home, Tiltonsville, where services will be Thursday at 11 a.m., Rev Dan Holt, officiating.
Burial in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, OH.
Full military honors will be conducted Thursday morning at 10:45 a.m. at the funeral home, by the Belmont County Council of the V.F.W.
