Man accused of raping child charged with two felonies

Kimber Runyan, 39, is charged with one count each of rape and gross sexual imposition of a person younger than 13 years old. On Thursday, defense attorney James Nicholson entered a not guilty plea for both counts on Runyan's behalf before Judge John Solovan II. If found guilty of first-degree felony rape, Runyan faces a minimum of 15 years with a maximum of life in prison.
