Drug Task Force makes multiple arrests

THE BELMONT County Drug Task Force made multiple arrests on drug-related crimes in Belmont County this weekend.

The task force took down two houses that were operating meth labs inside the residence.

The first was at 65201 Union St. in Neffs. Martin Regoli, 54, who resided at that address, is being charged with manufacturing meth and assembly of a meth lab. He was transported to the Belmont County Jail without incident.

The second house operating a meth lab was located at 65659 West Echo Rd., also in Neffs. Richard Thomas Kenney, 41, was arrested on the charges of manufacturing meth, possession of meth and felony child endangerment. Kenney was transported to the Belmont County Jail.

Also at the same residence, Sloma Waryck, 25, is being charged with possession of meth and felony child endangerment.

Officers are continuing the investigation into this house. More charges are pending.

Cody Ray Moore, 22, of 64641 Apt. C Patterson Hill Road, Bellaire, was arrested on a drug-trafficking charge and was transported to the Belmont County Jail.

Joshua Ray Garloch, 24, 133 Wagner Ave., Bellaire, was arrested on a drug trafficking charge and transported to the Belmont County Jail.

Andrew Hython Jr., 49, 816 West Vine St., Martins Ferry, was arrested and charged with drug-trafficking. He was transported to the Belmont County Jail.

Tyrel Maurice Simmons, 20, of 816 West Vine St., Martins Ferry, was arrested and charged with drug-trafficking and transported to the Belmont County Jail.

Dawnette J. Diene, 36, 609 Mackey Ave., Martins Ferry, was arrested and transported to the Belmont County Jail.

Additional charges are pending on other individuals who were not picked up by officers. BCI&I assisted agents with the meth labs.
