THE STATUS of bobcats in Ohio may be changed by the Ohio Wildlife Council in April, but they’ll still be protected. A couple of these wild animals are in the zoo at Columbus. Orphaned ones, such as this little creature, are taken to a rehabilitation center in northern Ohio and are fed by a bottle until they’re older, according to Suzie Prange, state wildlife biologist with the Ohio Department of Natural Resources. More information about bobcats is on Page B1.
