HANASKY, Maxine (Streets), 77, of Shadyside, died Wednesday, March 12, 2014, at home.
She was born November 20, 1936 in Captina, WV, a daughter of the late Amos and Mary (Olex) Streets of Moundsville, WV.
She was a retired nurse from OVMC and a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Shadyside.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant brother, James; and sister-in-law, Betty Streets.
She is survived by her husband, Ronald of Shadyside; two daughters, Amy (Joe) and Roni (John), both of Columbus; a brother, Jack (Pauline) of Houston; two grandchildren; several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Friends will be received at Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Home, 3900 Central Avenue, Shadyside, OH on Friday from 6-8 p.m.
Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Shadyside with Fr. Samuel Saprano as Celebrant.
Entombment will follow at Holly Memorial Garden Mausolem, Pleasant Grove, Ohio.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary's Catholic Church, 350 E. 40th Street, Shadyside, OH 43947 or to Valley Hospice, 308 Mt. St. Joseph Rd, Wheeling, WV 26003.
