WHEELING - Linsly swept a high school baseball doubleheader from visiting Shenandoah on Saturday afternoon by scores of 12-5 and 11-0.
In the first game, freshman Gage Giovengo went 4 for 4 with four singles and three RBI to lead the victory.
Jameson Murray had a single and a double and drove in three runs and Arien Seymour had a single and double. Dylan Goodnight picked up the victory, striking out six with two walks and also had two singles and a RBI.
In the nightcap, Murray homered and also earned the win, striking out five.
Goodnight had a double, triple and drove in a pair of runs, Seymour had two hits, including a double and Colton Coss had a RBI.
Cambridge 11, Indian Creek 3
MINGO - Cambridge scored at one run in the first four innings, culminating with four in the fourth, in topping Indian Creek.
Kohl Taylor doubled and drove in two for the Bobcats (1-4), while Steve McPeek doubled and singled and had an RBI.
Jimmy Bolyog, Cole Yeater and Mason Gibbons all doubled and knocked in a run for the Redskins (1-6).

CALDWELL - Caldwell pounded out 26 hits on the day in sweeping a twibill from River, keeping the Pilots winless.
In the opener, Troy Hupp paced the Redskins (6-3) with three hits and three RBI.
Caleb Heller, Mason Janusik, Jack Ridenour and Jaden Border all added two hits for Caldwell.
Cole isaly doubled and belted two singles for the Pilots (0-5), while Eric Dierkes had two singles and scored a run.
