MICHAELA MILLER, St. Clairsville. Only a junior, she fanned 12 and allowed two hits in a 3-0 shutout of Martins Ferry in Division III sectional action. She then struck out 15 and permitted four hits in a 2-0 loss to Harrison Central in the sectional finals.
ANTONIA HUMMEL, St. Clairsville. A sophomore, she came up huge with a two-run single to win the game against the Purple Riders.
ALLI DELANEY, Union Local. This sophomore dandy struck out nine and gave up three hits while blanking Bellaire in the D-III sectional, 2-0. She also drove in both runs with two doubles.
MONICA CURTIS, River. A junior, she led the Pilots to the Division IV co-sectional title in a 3-1 triumph over St. John Central. She had five punchouts and scattered three hits. She also doubled in a run.
HAYLEE BOWERS, River. A power-hitting junior, she belted a two-run homer and single in a loss to Steubenville Catholic.
MIKAYLA CIESZESKI, River. A senior, she singled and doubled in the win over the Irish, and she doubled in the loss to the Crusaders.
JOELLE JONES, Harrison Central. This sophomore clubbed a two-run homer in the D-III sectional win over Barnesville.
PAIGE DUNLAP, Harrison Central. This senior had three singles, two doubles and 3 runs batted in in a trio of wins.
SHIANNE NAMETH, Harrison Central. A sophomore, she banged out four singles and drove in three runs in the D-III sectional.
HANNAH ABSALOM, St. John Central. This Irish senior concluded her high school career by striking out 14 batters in the D-IV sectional loss to River. She also two singles and an RBI.
NICK BILYEU, Union Local: Bilyeu laced a single and knocked in two runs in the jets' season finale against Bellaire.
BRALEN SNELL, Bellaire: Snell knocked in two runs and singled in the Big Reds' tournament victory vs. Union Local.
AUSTON HANNAHS, Barnesville: Hannahs belted two singles in the Shamrocks' tournament tilt against West Muskingum in Cambridge.
NICK HALL, Bellaire: Hall smacked a two-run single that helped Bellaire power past Union Local in a Division III sectional contest at Don Coss Field in Cambridge.
COLLIN WILSON, Barnesville: Wilson banged out a pair of singles in Barnesville's sectional tournament defeat at the hands of West Muskingum.
MICHAEL JACOB, St. Clairsville: ''Zuke'' fired a three-hitter, striking out seven and walking one, as the Red Devils eliminated Monroe Central in tournament play. Jacob aided his own cause with three singles and an RBI.
PARKER DYSON, Bridgeport: Dyson tossed a no-hitter, fanning eight, in the Bulldogs' victory against River in Division IV tournament action. He also had a double, two singles and three RBI agaibnst the Pilots. Later in the week, against Toronto, Dyson homered and singled.
MALIK GUMMER, St. Clairsville: Gummer, the Red Devils' sopeedy outfielder, posted a double, two singles and an RBI vs. Monroe Central.
BAILEY McGRATH, Bridgeport: McGrath laced two singles in Bridgeport's tournament-opening victory against River.
LUCAS LLOYD, Martins Ferry: Lloyd went 10 innings, striking out nine, as the Purple Riders edgged Harrison Central, 2-1, in their tournament openter in Cambridge.
Q.J. WILLIAMS, Bridgeport: Williams had two singles as the Bulldogs opened tournament play by blanking River, 10-0.
T.J. JACOB, Martins Ferry: Jacob laced two singles in Martins Ferry's victory against Harrison Central.
