Roundup: Shadyside hits 15 3s in beating Monroe Central

SHADYSIDE — Shadyside drained 15 3-pointers, including five by Haylee Gregan, en route to racing past Monroe Central, 89-51, in girls’ high school basketball action Wednesday night inside the Tiger Den.

Gregan scored all 15 of her points from beyond the arc, one of five Tigers to score in double figures.

Baylee Wach paced Shadyside with 22 points. Jaycee Mayeres added 13 points, while Tori Hendershot and Sydnie Destifanes added 11 and 10 points, respectively.

Kirsten Friday scored 14 points and grabbed 12 rebounds for the Seminoles. Sierra Rainey also had 14 points.
