Three of the five qualifiers are from the Ohio Valley.

The 143rd Open Championship tees off bright and early (Ohio time) on Thursday at Royal Liverpool.
The British is always one of the more interesting majors to watch. Because, like the U.S. Open, the course is always extremely challenging and scoring conditions are made even tougher because weather usually plays a factor.
Phil Mickelson won the third leg of the career grand slame in 2013 and Ernie Els prevailed in 2012, but I am not going with either of those to prevail this weekend.
I think it’s going to be one of the young guns. I think the Claret Jug will come back across the pond once again to the United States with Jordan Spieth. He’s knocked on the door of several majors already in his short time as a professional.
Spieth will hold off a strong challenge from Rory McIlroy for the victory.
