Samantha Sulewski and Philip Kasper announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Janine and Ronald Davis Jr., Hanover Township.

Samantha is a 2005 graduate of Hanover Area High School and earned her bachelor’s degree in Communications/Mass Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations from Mansfield University in 2009. She is employed by Tuscarora Wayne Group of Companies as an assistant underwriter.

The prospective groom is the son of Elaine and Larry Kasper, Shavertown.

He is a 2003 graduate of Lake Lehman High School and earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Penn State Wilkes-Barre in 2008. He is employed with the Pennsylvania Game Commission as a land manager.

The couple will exchange vows on Sept. 19, 2015, in Bloomsburg.
