At 1:37 p.m. Tuesday, a deputy responded to a neighbor complaint on Crescent Road, Colerain Township. The complainant reported neighbors are constantly speeding and spin tires of an orange and white car, and when she yells at them about it, they “flip her off,” according to the report.

At 10:01 a.m. Tuesday, a deputy transported one male juvenile from the Belmont County Courthouse, Main Street, St. Clairsville, to the Sargus Juvenile Detention Center.

At 11:02 p.m. Monday, units from the Ohio State Highway Patrol requested assistance on a crash along Glenns Run/Nixon Run Road in Pease Township where a vehicle struck a utility pole and snapped it in have, leaving live wires down. Emergency medical personnel and representatives of AEP were also called to the scene.
