At 4:27 p.m. Monday, deputies responded to Patch Street, Jacobsburg, for a child custody dispute.

At 3:53 p.m. Monday, a deputy responded to Kroger, Ohio Valley Plaza, St. Clairsville, for a report of a male shoplifter.

At 1:12 p.m. Monday, a complainant at High Street Extension, St. Clairsville, reported a female known to her dumped some kind of liquid on her vehicle. A deputy responded and took information for a vandalism report.

At 10:06 a.m. Monday, a complainant from Eileen Street, Rayland, reported a phone scam.

At 2:40 p.m. Monday, a representative from AEP reported information about a suspicious person in a red Dodge Durango who had been taking pictures of the substation on Bannock Road outside of St. Clairsville.

At 2:20 p.m. Monday, a complainant at Cricket Wireless, Mall Ring Road, St. Clairsville, reported two cash deposits were stolen by an employee.

Richard S. Glover Jr. of 1667 CR 56 #8, Toronto, was cited Tuesday for traveling 68 mph in a 50 mph zone.

Taylor M. Baugh of 66950 S. Ray Road, St. Clairsville, was cited Monday for traveling 81 mph in a 50 mph zone.

Nicole M. Voellinger of 66818 Glencoe Road, St. Clairsville, was arrested Monday for fourth offense driving under suspension.
