Man arrested with child, drugs in vehicle
ST. CLAIRSVILLE — Belmont County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Robert Burdine, 35, of Glencoe Tuesday morning after a reported domestic incident where he allegedly took a 3-year-old boy from the residence.
“He left the residence heading toward St. Clairsville. St. Clairsville PD stopped him. We assisted with the stop,” Chief Deputy James Zusack said. “He was taken to jail.”
Burdine is charged with misdemeanor level domestic violence, endangering children and interfering with custody, along with two third-degree felony drug possession charges, and one misdemeanor-level charge of possession of marijuana.
