5 Bordas & Bordas staff named to West Virginia Super Lawyers List

WHEELING — Five members of the Bordas & Bordas law firm were named to the West Virginia Super Lawyers list for 2021, while two more were named Rising Stars.

Attorneys Jamie Bordas, Scott Blass, Christopher Regan, Geoffrey Brown and Jason Causey were named Super Lawyers, while Jeremy McGraw and Laura Pollard were selected as Rising Stars. No more than five percent of the lawyers in West Virginia are selected by Super Lawyers.

All five attorneys named Super Lawyers have enjoyed multiple entries on that list. This year’s designation marks the eighth for Bordas, the 11th for Blass, the 10th for Regan, the ninth for Brown and the fourth for Causey. All have won multi-million dollar judgments for the firm.

McGraw and Pollard also have earned multiple entries on the Rising Stars list. It is the seventh such honor for McGraw and the second for Pollard.

Super Lawyers, part of Thomson Reuters, is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas with a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The annual selections are made using a multiphase process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates and peer reviews.

Bordas & Bordas is a plaintiff’s litigation law firm of 17 attorneys with offices in Pittsburgh, Wheeling, St. Clairsville and Moundsville. The attorneys practice throughout the region in diverse areas of law.
