High school homecoming celebrations continue

Buckeye Local High School has announced its 2022 Homecoming Court with the king and queen to be chosen this week. The school will hold a series of activities leading up to the big reveal, starting with a door-decorating contest on Monday. A Powder Puff and pep rally are set for 6 p.m. Thursday at WWII Memorial Stadium, where the king will be selected at halftime. The queen will be crowned during halftime of the football game Friday, while the homecoming dance will be held from 7-10 p.m. Oct. 8 in the Panther Gym.
