Second Belmont County COVID-19 death reported
ST. CLAIRSVILLE — Belmont County reported its second COVID-19 death Friday.
Deputy Health Commissioner Robert Sproul said a total of 45 cases had been confirmed in the county Friday and that a second person had died as a result of the illness. The deceased is an 85-year-old woman. Sproul said no other details were immediately available.
