American Electric Power reports approximately 3,295 customers are without power in the St. Clairsville area when two circuits on Bannock Road and one at Highland Terrace.

“It looks like there’s three different circuits affected,” AEP Spokesman Mike Lascola said. “It went out a little after 5 p.m.”

He said the estimated time of restoration is 10 p.m., however, this is a tentative estimation since the crews are on route and have not assessed the situation. More information will be forthcoming.
