Workers set up new power poles and draw lines across Interstate 70 for American Electric Power. The lines are being erected along Reservoir Road, with traffic slowed on U.S. 40 through the city and stopped on I-70 in 15-minute intervals throughout the day. This is part of a line system coming from Glencoe.
