MARY M. TOOHEY

Born November 13, 1949 in Barnesville, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Dale Toohey and Judith T. St John Toohey.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Cathy Hatcher; brothers, Steven Toohey and Richard Hatcher; and adopted grandmother (mother), Mary Toohey.

Marcie, as she was known by all, will be sadly missed and forever in the hearts of her daughters, Julia (Jim) Wise of Cadiz, Ohio, Rebecca (Ron) Greenlee of Bethesda, Ohio; sons, William Sudduth of Pennsylvania, Richard (Debbie) Sudduth of Columbus, Ohio; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

She was a member of Assumption Catholic Church and a loving, compassionate, warmhearted mother and grandmother.

She was a member of the Barnesville VFW Ladies’ Auxiliary Post 2592 and Barnesville Eagles #4252.

She worked for the Sewing Factory as a team captain, enjoyed softball, bowing, knitting, and had a tremendous love for her animals.

In honoring the wishes of Marcie, there will be no visitation.

A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will take place Saturday at noon, Assumption Catholic Church, 306 W. Main Street, Barnesville, Ohio.

Interment will follow at Assumption Catholic Cemetery, Barnesville, Ohio.
