Joseph E. Parteli, 82, of Rayland, OH, passed away Monday, June 25, 2018, in the Wheeling Hospital in Wheeling, WV.
Family and friends will be received at St. Adalbert Catholic Church on Friday, June 29, 2018, from 9:30 a.m. til the time of his funeral liturgy with mass at 10:30 a.m. Msgr. John Kolesar will celebrate the mass, and burial will follow in Holly Memorial Gardens in Colerain, OH.
