LILLIAN NOICE-GRIFFIN
Lillian F. Noice-Griffin, 95, of Bellaire, OH, died Monday, June 25, 2018, at the Shadyside Care Center. She was born May 13, 1923, in Bellaire, a daughter of the late William and Lula Houchins Foster.
Lillian was a retired school teacher for Bellaire Schools and the St. Clairsville-Richland School District. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church and the State Teacher’s Retirement System. She served many organizations.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Griffin, in 2007; brothers, Wilbur and William Foster; and a sister, Margaret Marling.
Surviving are two nieces, Marilyn (Robert) Kopyar of Bellaire and Beverly (Leonard) Cunningham of East Liverpool, OH; and two nephews, Richard (Shirley) Marling of Dublin, OH, and Gilbert (Beth) Marling of Lorain, OH.
At her request, there will be no visitation or service. Burial in Belmont County Memorial Park Cemetery, St. Clairsville, at the convenience of the family.
