KENNETH CRAWFORD

He was born July 4, 1934 in Middlebourne, WV, a son of the late Clemit H. and Lelia O. Bennett Crawford.

He was a retired employee of the former Ormet Corp Hannibal, OH, a U.S. Army Veteran, an officer for USWA Local # 5760 for 31 years, a member of Belmont & Monroe Trades Council for 37 years and a Democratic Central Committee.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Rena Mae Frye Crawford; a brother, Keith Crawford and a sister, Hilda Turjan.

Survivors include a daughter, Kim (Bruce) Johnson of Kipling, OH; a son, Kevin (Paula) Crawford of Columbus, OH; two brothers, Delmas Crawford of Clarington and Bruce (Sally) Crawford of Elgin, IL; two sisters, Ilene (Marvin) Holder of Elgin, IL and Trena (Roderick) Ross of Columbus; five granddaughters, Mryia (Todd) Williams, Monica Drain, Kristen (Justin) Kellner, Kelci Crawford and Kia Crawford; three great grandchildren, Kaliska Williams, Corbin Garcia and Alora Garcia; and several nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends on Sunday from noon until time of funeral service at 2 p.m. at the Grisell Funeral Home, 125 Clarinda Dr., Clarington, with Evangelist Rod Ross officiating.

Interment will follow in Clarington Cemetery.
