HELEN CECIL
Helen Rose Cecil, 69, of Martins Ferry died Thursday, November 7, 2019 at UPMC Mercy in Pittsburgh.
She was born in Martins Ferry on July 14, 1950, the daughter of the late Ralph and Genevieve Burch.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Robert, Charles, and John Burch, and her sisters Mary Runner and Barbara Vernon.
Surviving are one brother, Joe Burch, and one sister Margaret Cole as well as her life partner Bernard (Bud) Christner, two children, Candice Failey and Jeffery (Kelly) Cecil, and two grandchildren Tiffany Failey and Aaron Cecil.
