MARK PALMER
Mark F. Palmer, 59, of Continuing Healthcare Gahanna, Ohio, formerly of Shadyside, Ohio, passed away January 1, 2020.
He was born on July 24, 1960 to the late Ronald E Palmer Sr. and Helen Gennavee Palmer.
Mark was a long-time employee for M&R Tire in Bellaire.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant brother.
He is survived by two brothers, James (Kathy Halterman) Palmer of Shadyside and Ronald Palmer of Martins Ferry; niece, Crystal (Larry) Hicks of Pickerington Ohio; nephews, Ronald (Alyssa) Palmer of Clay, NY, Micheal (Eugenia) Gallagher of Bellaire, Ohio; several great-nephews and -nieces.
Family and friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in Jacobsburg, Ohio on Saturday from 11:30 a.m. until time of service at 1:30 p.m. with Pastor Joel Traylor officiating. Burial will follow in Powhatan Cemetery.
