THOMAS COOK
Thomas A. Cook, 55, of Barnesville, Ohio, passed away on Monday, December 30, 2019, at the Barnesville Hospital Emergency Room. He was born on April 8, 1964, in Barnesville, Ohio to Violet (Mayberry) Cook of Barnesville and the late Donald Cecil Cook.
Tom was a 1982 graduate of Barnesville High School. He was owner and operator of Cook Well Drilling. He was a devoted father and family man and would do anything for anyone. He will be missed by many people.
In addition to his mother, Tom is survived by his wife, Joyce (Jones) Cook of Barnesville; two sons, Matthew (Marta) Cook of Somerton and Mark Cook of Barnesville; grandson, Kavin Carpenter of Somerton; two brothers, Michael (Debbie) Cook of Barnesville and David (Jill) Cook of Barnesville; sister, Nancy (Terry) Smith of Barnesville; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 2, 2020, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 N. Chestnut St., Barnesville, Ohio. The service will be held on Friday, January 3, 2020, at 10 a.m. at Main Street United Methodist Church, 230 West Main Street, Barnesville, Ohio with Rev. Jean Cooper officiating. Burial will follow at Friends Cemetery in Quaker City, Ohio.
