DONNA SEMANCIK

Donna was born September 21, 1935 in Colerain Township, Belmont County a daughter of the late Samuel J. and Clara Washburn Fielding.

Donna was a homemaker and a member of Thoburn United Methodist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard P. Semancik in March of 2010; a brother, James S. Fielding; a sister, Mary Ruthalee McCollough; a great-granddaughter, Ella Jean Bolyard.

Surviving are one daughter, Donna J. (Robert) Baumberger of St. Clairsville; a sister, Wilma Jean (David) Yost of Leonardtown, MD; a brother, Robert Fielding of Old Hickory, TN; one grandson, Jeremy (Lisa Lucas) Baumberger; one granddaughter, Rebecca (Chris) Bolyard; two great-grandchildren, Taylor and Bradie Baumberger

Private visitation will be held on Monday from 9 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m., at Care Funeral & Cremation Specialist 204 West Main Street St. Clairsville, OH 43950 with Rev. Tom Jones officiating.

Burial will follow in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, OH
